A Roblox session review answers a narrow question: which devices still have a signed-in session for this account? It is useful after using a shared computer, replacing a phone or noticing access you cannot explain. Read the entries together before deciding what they mean.
The device list is a starting point for a decision, not a complete investigation. Keep account details private and open Roblox directly rather than following a security link sent by another player.
Open the account’s session list
In Roblox, open Settings → Security → Where you’re logged in. The current support instructions describe entries with a device, approximate regional location and last-active information. Select an entry to inspect it and use its logout option if you want to end that session.
Roblox also provides Log Out of All Other Sessions. As the label says, this leaves the session you are currently using signed in. Do not read that action as confirmation that every device, including the current one, has been disconnected.
Compare three clues rather than one location
| Clue | Question to ask | What it cannot establish alone |
|---|---|---|
| Device | Does it fit a phone, tablet or computer you used? | Who was holding that device |
| Last active | Does the timing match your recent activity? | The full history of everything done on the account |
| Region | Is it consistent with the rest of the entry? | A person’s exact address or identity |
Roblox says an Unknown entry can be an older inactive session with missing information. That label alone does not prove that someone broke into the account. Equally, a familiar-looking region is not a reason to ignore a device and time you cannot explain.
Work through a shared-computer example
Imagine that you usually play on a home computer and a phone, but used a library computer yesterday. You now see three entries. Match the known phone and home activity first, then examine the remaining record against the time of the library visit.
If you do not need that session, sign it out. There is no benefit in keeping a shared computer connected just because you can explain the entry. If several records remain uncertain, signing out the other sessions is simpler than trying to infer a person’s identity from the displayed region.
Write down only the action you took and whether further help is needed. Avoid posting screenshots of private account screens in a public chat to ask strangers for a diagnosis.
Check the sign-in and recovery arrangements too
Session cleanup and future sign-in protection are separate jobs. Roblox recommends a unique password, a verified email you or your parent control, and keeping passwords, cookies, verification codes and backup codes private. Review the security options available on the account; its support guidance explains the requirements and available methods for two-step verification.
If a message offered free currency or asked you to install something, review our free Robux scam warning signs. Removing a session does not explain away information already handed to an untrusted service.
Make the household handover explicit
For a child’s account, agree who will review an unfamiliar device and who controls the recovery email. Our Roblox parental controls and spending checklist covers the wider household decisions. Session management is one part of that routine, alongside purchases and communication settings.
Finish by checking that the remaining entries make sense, that you can access the intended recovery route and that shared devices have been signed out. If you cannot enter the account or find changes you did not make, use Roblox’s official account-recovery support. A device list cannot promise recovery or guarantee that an account is immune to future compromise.
